How does Qlockwork work?

Qlockwork monitors your computer's keyboard, mouse and screen. It considers each 5 minutes of your day.

• Did you spend most of it on a single activity, like working on a Word document or writing an email? If so, Qlockwork counts the 5 minutes as working on that single activity.
• Did you spend most of it on various activities with a common theme, like reviewing the mails in your Inbox? If so, Qlockwork counts that 5 minutes as working on the theme (reviewing your Inbox, for example).
• Did you spend most of it away from your PC (not using the keyboard or mouse)? If so, Qlockwork counts the 5 minutes as "away" and doesn't generate an activity.
