Qlockwork, Time Tracking and Timesheets

Qlockwork can be used on its own, or you can use it to make your existing timesheet system easier and more accurate.

To use Qlockwork in conjunction with your existing timesheet system:

Install Qlockwork, but continue to use your existing timesheet.
Update your timesheet as normal, but use Qlockwork's highly accurate data to remind you what you did, when and for how long.

By using Qlockwork to enhance your existing solution, you can ensure you don't lose billable time just because you forgot to hit a timer.

To use Qlockwork standalone:

Install Qlockwork on your PC.
Enter a list of the projects you want to track, which could be associated with particular customers, or could be internal projects.
Enter key words or people you associate with those projects.
If they match the key words or people, your daily activities will now be associated with these projects; you can produce reports on any time period, telling you how long you worked on any particular project.
