1) OPTION of a nag every 30 mins? to confirm overide project, or change overide on drop down list. (This could possibly deal with 3 below also as 'nags' would/could stack.).
2) Tasks or Sub Projects below project level
3) Optional Nag to allow 'no activity on computer' space to be filled after return to machine eg 'fill non activity with 'Personal' or select from Project list'
Could get complicated I know - handling overnight gap.

I do a lot of consulting work, and this tool looks really good for keeping track of the 'odd hour' that gets 'lost' e-mailing on projects
We are currently finalizing the testing on a new version that will come out early in 2010. That will be a free upgrade for existing users and will contain some nice new features like better project assignment.
